Amy & Joff’s wedding at the fantastic Spring Park (www.quirky-holidays-cornwall.co.uk) was one of the most relaxed, intimate and fun weddings I’ve had the privilege of being part of.
The week leading up to the wedding was one of the wettest I’ve ever known in Cornwall, and as the ceremony was going to be held outside everyone had umbrellas at the ready! The forecast didn’t look good so i’d mentally prepared for a very wet day, running through various ideas about how I could make an outdoor wedding work, but as luck would have it the sun came out for the day and didn’t stop shinning.
Both Amy & Joff wanted their wedding photos to not only reflect the day, but also how important the venue was to them on their special day. They both got ready in two of the vintage showman’s caravans on site, the ceremony, in a beautiful woodland clearing felt magical, with the guests sitting on hay bales, and when it came to taking a walk with the newlyweds I used some of the more interesting caravans as backdrops.
I hope the selection of images gives a sense of the day, and more importantly what an amazing couple Amy & Joff are.
